Christopher Community is a not-for-profit development and management company which since 1976 has specialized in promoting housing facilities for the elderly in Upstate New York.  It  is staffed by professional management personnel skilled in all phases of management such as accounting, leasing, personnel, governmental reporting, building operations, and the provision of social services to residents.  

The agency also provides federal rental subsidies for families, individual, seniors and the disabled to live in private housing in most of the towns & villages of Onondaga County.  It provides administrative support for the Lincoln Elms Residences for persons with mental impairments and the Chadwick Residence a transitional home for homeless women & children.
